If the event has to be cancelled due to weather issues, notification will be made on the day of the event or in the days leading up to it through social media. Adverse weather conditions include rain, wind, hail, drizzle, storms, etc.

Cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances

If the event is suspended due to pandemics, illnesses, or other adversities that prevent the event from proceeding as planned, refunds will not be issued, but a spot will be allocated for the next edition.

Cancellation during the event

If the event has to be cancelled during its development, either at the beginning or at any time due to the aforementioned reasons or any other, there will be no right to a refund, and participants expressly waive any claim for compensation.
