GENERAL PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be 100% at the time of confirmation or signing of the participation request, either via bank transfer or bizum.

REFUND POLICY

In case of inability to attend the event, the participant must send an email 15 days before the event, notifying their cancellation. Upon receipt, the organization will allocate a spot for the next edition. Failure to participate in the next edition will result in forfeiture of the spot and no refund will be issued.

If an email is not sent 15 days before the event, the participant will not be entitled to a spot in the next event, refund of the amount paid, or any form of compensation.

Reselling, subletting, or transferring the spot to third parties is not permitted.
